Hanoi, November 6, 2004 – HOYA HOLDINGS N.V decided to locate one factory in TLIP and becomes the thirty two tenants in TLIP. The I/L was awarded to Hoya Glass Disk LTD by representatives of Ministry of Planning and Investment (aka MPI). The new company is organized in the form of 100% foreign owned enterprise and will specialize in manufacture of Glass Substrates for magnetic memory disk. The lifetime of Hoya Glass Disk Vietnam LTD. stipulated in the I/L is up to 2047. According to this I/L, at least 100% of Hoya Glass Disk Vietnam LTD products will be exported.
