Hanoi, 29 September 2003 - Ryonan Electric Philippines Corporation (Philippines) has decided to located its factory namely Ryonan Electric Vietnam Co., Ltd. in TLIP and this company becomes the twenty fifth tenant in TLIP. The I/L was awarded to the representatives of Ryonan Electric Philippines Corporation by representatives of Hanoi Authority for Export Processing and Industrial Zones (aka HIZA).

The new company is organized in the form of 100% foreign owned enterprise and will specialize in wire harness for home appliances and electronics. The lifetime of Ryonan Electric Vietnam Co., Ltd. stipulated in the I/L is up to 2047. 100% of products of this company will be exported and it is estimated that this company will use around 450 employees recruited from local labor force when it starts operation.
