Hanoi, 28 August 2003 - Kein Hing Industry SDN BHD (Malaysia) has decided to located its factory namely Kein Hing Muramoto Vietnam Co., Ltd. in TLIP and this company becomes the twenty fourth tenant in TLIP. The I/L was awarded to the representatives of Kein Hing Industry SDN BHD by  representatives of Hanoi Authority for Export Processing and Industrial Zones (aka HIZA).

The new company is organized in the form of 100% foreign owned enterprise and will specialize in sheet metal forming, precision machining and assembly of components for electrical, electronic, automotive and other industries. The lifetime of Kein Hing Muramoto Vietnam Co., Ltd. stipulated in the I/L is up to 2047. Around 80% of products of this company will be exported and it is estimated that this company will use around 70 employees recruited from local labor force when it starts operation.
