Kawamura
Electric Wire Granted Investment License
January 29, 2001  TLIP
- The Hanoi Industrial and Export Processing Zones Authority granted an
investment license on January 15, 2001 to Kawamura Electric Wire for the
establishment of their new company, Vina KDC Wiring Industries Ltd., in
Thang Long Industrial Park. This is a 100% Japan-owned company producing
Wire Harness and Power Supply Cord. The company will use about 65
local labors.
Vice Chairman of the Hanoi Industrial and Export Processing Zones Authority Nguyen Van Viet handed over the investment license to Kawamura Electric Wire's Manager Masaharu Otsuki on the same day. The new company is scheduled to start their operation beginning of April this year. It is reported that this project is the first FDI project into Hanoi's industrial zones this year. Photo:
