Long Industrial Park on October 2, 2000 started the Rental Factory Project
in Plot D-5. The project is initially supposed to consist of three
ready-built factories in an area of 15,000 m2 of land. Each
factory will have its floor area of 2,000 m2 and other
utilities which include an administration office, a canteen, a garage,
etc. These ready-built factories are made ready with necessary
infrastructure facilities such as the road system, the supply of power,
communications, water and wastewater treatment system. It is scheduled
that the first factory will be completed by February, 2000.
