We provide tenants with various types of support. Our policy is to support tenants with the best services to help them succeed in Vietnam. Support includes the One-door Service, Bank, Cargo Distribution Center, Post Office, general engineering and maintenance companies operating inside TLIP.

ONE-DOOR SERVICE

Simple and quick;

No F/S required;

Investment License granted within 14 days.

In conjunction with various competent authorities, we establish and manage the One-door Service in the Industrial Park Center. Tenants are able to obtain investment licenses and permits required for establishment, construction and operation including import - export and customs clearance on the spot.

CARGO DISTRIBUTION CENTER

The Cargo Distribution Center in our Industrial Park provides tenants with domestic and international door-to-door logistics services. Dragon Logistics Co., Ltd. who was established with the main share portion from Sumitomo Corporation, offers a full range of services based on a wealth of experience and a network covering all over the world.

Having recognized the importance of protection of the environment, we had started to get involved in the environmental protection activities even before we started the construction of infrastructure facilities. The Environmental Management System is being implemented and continually improved at our Industrial Park, the first industrial park in Vietnam adopted this system ever. Through effective performance of the system, we have been certified to ISO 14001 by BVQI, an England-based international certification body. Tenants are benefited from this ISO 14001 compliance status. Beneficial points include:

Easier and simpler to obtain an ISO 14001 certificate;
Working in a better environment;
Advantages in business.

Our environmental protective control includes the soil contaminant analysis and monthly and seasonal water quality test on the site and surrounding areas.

It is part of our basic philosophy to keep and nurture harmonious relationship with the regional society. Our business is not only to develop a good industrial park, which contributes to the wealthy development of the region, but also to set up and maintain a good relationship with the locality. With the anticipation of unfavorable events such as flood which might incur to downstream areas during the development of the project, we employ three retention ponds to contain and adjust the flow of water coming out from the park during heavy rain.
